Through my own experience with depression, anxiety, chronic illness, and pain I have persevered, but often felt alone. I have been fortunate to be able to seek out resources and communities that have been support for me. So, I have decided to make it my mission to share this support with others in whatever way I can. I started doing this through my art, at sarahmalmdesigns.com, so that others could use my art to "send the love". Now, I am expanding this vision and mission to come to you through your headphones and actually talk to you about what is most important--to love yourself first, and share the wisdom and tools for doing just that.
