https://www.karmicevolution.com/astrologically-speaking JOIN SHERI HORN HASAN's latest podcast to review the effects of this current monthly lunar cycle we approache the Virgo Full Moon lunar eclipse on March 13/14 & Venus retrograde continues to ask us: “What’s of greater value—money or committed relationships?”
We discuss the themes of both upcoming spring eclipses, starting with the Virgo Full Moon Lunar Eclipse on March 13/14 when the Virgo Moon reflects the light of the Pisces Sun’s shadow side back onto itself! And that means—with Venus already retrograde & Mercury joining her on March 14, both in the “it’s my way or the highway” sign ruled by Mars—we may break up, then make up, then break up again before it’s over…
This podcast begins with where we are now in the current lunar cycle since the February 27 Pisces New Moon asked us to plant seeds of compassion & empathy for both ourselves and those less fortunate. However, since Venus stationed retrograde in newly direct Mars-ruled Aries March 1, such empathy seems to be missing, at least here in the U.S. as our administration chooses to value money over commitment.
So are relationships that began to fray February 28 now under review during Venus retrograde, & will that continue when Mercury, the god of communication, stations retrograde on March 14? Venus is asking us what we value most between now & until April 12 when she stations direct in Pisces.
Meanwhile, Mercury’s retrograde from March 14 until April 7 asks us to go deep about how we can rekindle our creative inspiration to find solutions to our relationship problems.
While the end result remains to be seen, we can see how persistent delusions that it’s all about the money and not about the people face factual reality as we wax toward the Virgo Full Moon eclipse on March 13/14, depending on your time zone.
We can simply look at the tariffs imposed by President Trump against our closest neighbors & strongest trading partners that went into effect March 4, but were then delayed at the first quarter monthly lunar “crisis in action” square of the Gemini Moon to the Pisces Sun on March 6.
Again, breaking up is hard to do, eh? We may see an answer between now and the March 13/14 lunar eclipse--which occurs at roughly the same time as the U.S. budget deadline in Congress--If negotiations result in a compromise OR not, causing the U.S. Government to shut down at 12:01 a.m. on March 15.
It’s clear the energy of this upcoming eclipse will be in play as we wait and watch to see if the desires of billionaires for tax cuts trump the needs of average hard working Americans for governmental services.
The next eclipse on March 29 is a solar one with both luminaries meeting at exactly 9 degrees of Aries. Since the transiting nodal axis hit this degree way back on July 22, 2024, the theme of this eclipse began then. Tune in to find out what happened then that will culminate on March 29!
