Did you know that gratitude is the frequency of miracles?

Rather than focusing on external things to be grateful for, this week I wanted to help you focus on the inner things to be grateful for!

As this episode is coming out right before Thanksgiving here in the US, I wanted to share this meditation with you to help you feel grateful, no matter what your circumstances. There is always something to be grateful for!

In this encore episode I will lead you through a special guided chakra meditation that focuses on the gifts of each energy center. My intention is to expand your sense of gratitude, so you have a truly Happy Thanksgiving! I won’t tell you much more than that, because I want you to experience this meditation yourself.
