After reflecting on my first quarter this year, I discovered three pivotal lessons that have dramatically shifted how I approach my business: Business growth comes from strengthening your CEO mindset, the importance of maintaining consistent outreach efforts, and approaching team transitions as strategic opportunities rather than setbacks.
