Social justice organisations have criticised the National Prosecuting Authority's (NPA) decision not to prosecute anyone for the alleged rape of a seven-year-old girl named Cwecwe from Matatiele in the Eastern Cape. They are calling for a review of the police investigation. Thabiso Tema is speaking with social justice advocate and gender-based violence activist Asonele Melapi.
