The priorities of communications organizations are evolving as we transition beyond the pandemic across digital transformation, business model evolution, and customer experience centricity. And this is all supported by bringing together enabling technologies to help make this happen, notably AI, 5G, Cloud and IoT, alongside investment in people, learning culture and skills.
