In this episode, cultivating inclusion, equity, inclusion and belonging within the Cyber Security sector is centre stage - with implications for tech and business more broadly too. We explore the challenges across role model visibility, drop off in STEM skills uptake, the pandemic impact and overarching all, changing the narrative on what a career in Cyber Security looks like! To do this I am delighted to be joined by Dr. Amelia Estwick, Director of Threat at Research at VMware.

We aim shine a light on the tools, culture, skills, role models and Tech For Good projects making a difference – and hope this will inspire the curiosity and confidence to get involved, or potentially to start an initiative of your own too!

It's a critical conversation - and we would love your thoughts on the episode too - thanks for listening!
