In this episode, we each take turns answering randomly selected questions from Dr. Ebony's My Therapy Cards!
If you haven't heard about them, it's a card deck has been carefully curated by a psychologist woman of color with the intention of helping other women of color grow and elevate in the areas of emotional and mental health! They are so good and really stir up good conversation.
The questions can get heavy, so to lighten it up, we also answered questions from a deck of Cuff Cards, a fun ice-breaker card game for adults.
