As business owners, we do our best to delight our customers and keep them loyal to our brand so they can bring in more business for us. But how can we be sure that our efforts bring the desired results?

We must determine customers' thoughts about our products and services to give them the best customer experience. Their feedback about their experience with our brand is helpful information we can use to develop our products and services to fit their needs better.

About the Guests:

Master C-D. Young is a 5th Dan Black Belt in Song Moo Kwan Taekwondo. He is a lifelong martial arts practitioner and a kids enthusiast who found his passion for teaching at a young age. He earned his Black Belt in 1992 and has been a lead instructor, weapons instructor, and demo team coordinator since 1995. In 2012 he opened his own karate school called CD Young's Karate.

Rebecca Broadwater is the co-owner of Amazing Floors LP, a trusted flooring company in Bastrop, Texas that offers various floor options and countertops to match your style. Rebecca's company has provided the community with high-quality flooring, countertop products, and installation for 30 years.
