In his 15 year career in HR & Business Operations with specialty retail brands, Big Box brands, and Online brands, he learned how to support businesses to scale quickly. In 2020, he immersed himself in the Financial Services Industry to ensure the suite of Financial Products and Marketing services by Kairos equips clients to accomplish their goals with access to funding. As the CEO & Creative Director at Kairos, he is passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and marketing for communities of Entrepreneurs that are underrepresented.
