Michael Kharlab, co-founder of CFP Group, after changing his own life, is committed to changing the lives of other people and helping them creating the wealth and lifestyle they and their families deserve through real estate investing. He’s been involved with many different strategies, and is intimately aware of the pros and cons of each strategy, and now primarily sticks with one. What is that strategy? TUNE IN to find out!

If YOU want to hear about how real estate can help you leave your 9-5, TUNE IN!

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:

  • How and when he transitioned from the corporate world to full time investing, after a few years of part time investing
  • Why he mentors and coaches others
  • How he sources capital for projects
  • Why Arizona?
  • And Much More!

Bio

  • Started investing in 2010, I bought the first property in Florida;
  • Was a student of Rich Dad Education (Legacy) in 2013 – 2014, was nominated for the student of the year;
  • Have been working with investors since 2014, CFP Group was established in 2015 with the purpose of helping busy professionals to build wealth using real estate investing;
  • Our current model is to partner with project sponsors and come as partners in their projects. We do not depend on a strategy or a location and can therefore adjust to any economic environment;
  • At the moment CFP Group has approximately 150 investors, in 2022 we placed around $10M of funds in our projects in Canada and the USA;
  • I am also a co-founder of a Real Estate Investing community called Investor Inner Circle
