Professional Wrestling

One! Two! ... One! Two! ... One! ... One! Two! Three!!! Wahoo, yippee, Unwise Girls got the pin! And now that we've won podcasting gold, we're ready to talk about a little bit of professional wrestling. In this sort of rambly and off-kilter episode of Unwise Girls, we discuss our experiences going to indie wrestling shows, as well as talking about the recent Grand Slam Mexico event produced by All Elite Wrestling and Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre. We get into our histories with wrestling, how it can be alienating to a new viewer, and our opinions on if the skinny guy or the big guy should win.

Come back next week for The Cursed Carnival and Other Calamities: New Stories About Mythic Heroes.
