Hey there my Stupid Hearted angels.
This week I invited my newish pal Rob Dunkley, musician and long term Patron of SHC who lives quite near me, round for a cuzzer and a cuddle.
He's good value Rob and I think we will do some more strummy stuff together. I am very keen to see his band Rodge as soon as they are ready.
Here we are talking our way through the winter blues, the importance of creativity and setting a few lickle targets to keep you going.
Chin up everyone, and remember make time to spend time with a pal or pals when you are not feeling it, it may just lift you before you sink.
