The defendant says the plaintiff is out to get her, and the points are in a family account. She’s countersuing for stolen money and harassment.
Then, the plaintiff says he loaned the defendant, his co-worker, money for a trip to Iceland, but he’s never been repaid. He’s suing for what he’s owed. The defendant claims the plaintiff said he would pay for the trip, and he insists the trip was a gift.
