First, the plaintiff provided the flowers for the defendants’ wedding. She says they still haven’t paid her in full, so she’s suing for the balance owed and pain and suffering. The defendants argue they already paid her.

Then, the plaintiff legally parked his car in a parking lot. He says the defendant towed his vehicle, even though he was allowed to park there. He’s suing for the tow fees. The defendant argues he towed the car because the plaintiff parked in one business’ parking lot, then walked across the street to another store. He says he was in the right for removing it.

Plus, the plaintiff says the defendant’s large dog attacked and severely injured her Chihuahua. Her dog had to spend three days in the animal hospital, but the defendant won’t pay the vet bills, so she’s suing. The defendant argues the vet bills don’t say anything about a bite. She also says her dog never got out.
