Sherb goes into great detail about his experience in the fleet industry, noting small fleet owners often lack knowledge about topics like EVs and fleet management. Cost is a major concern for small fleets, who focus more on upfront costs rather than lifecycle costs and plug-in hybrids are seen as a potential solution, but have limitations in range for commercial vehicles.
