On part TWO of the latest episode of The Jersey Justice Podcast, guest attorney Andrew Chambarry joins the discussion with attorneys Gerald Clark and Mark Morris about the public trust doctrine in New Jersey and its implications for beach access. The discussion was sparked by an incident where a surfer was arrested for not having a beach badge in Belmar, New Jersey in August of 2024. In this second part they review the recent protest video in response to the arrest.

Chambarry is an attorney with Gill & Chamas, LLC and concentrates his practice on catastrophic injury, wrongful death, premises liability and automobile accident cases throughout New Jersey.
