In this episode of the International Enneagram Association podcast, we reach into the 2005 archives to share the first part of a discussion from Helen Palmer, a teacher of psychology and intuition, about the inner observer and inner witness and the conversion from Vice to Virtue. This contemplative method helps us recognize their own psychological patterns, so that we can shift our awareness into the several interior states that are available to ordinary people like ourselves.
