Are you worried about how your spouse’s actions are going to affect your children? Do you want to know how to implement change? On today’s show, we speak with Jeff Steiner, a man who, despite the odds, used his life experiences to better the lives of children and their families.

As the Executive Director of the Dads Resource Center in Pennsylvania, Jeff and his team are dedicated to benefiting children of separated or divorced parents by advocating the importance of fathers having adequate opportunities to fulfill their role of fatherhood.

Research shows that fathers and mothers have different but equally important roles in their children’s development, happiness, and overall success. Children who maintain healthy, quality relationships with both their mom and dad following their parents' separation usually experience better adjustment and more positive rates of development.

Established to promote the health and well-being of children from separated or divorced families, Dads Resource Center is committed to supporting and encouraging fathers to be fully and actively engaged in the lives of their sons and daughters.

We must give all children the best chances to succeed. Having empathy for fathers is a great place to start.
