Celeste Manno was stalked for over a year, begged police for help, and had a protection order in place. But none of it stopped her killer. On November 16, 2020, he broke into her bedroom and murdered her in under three minutes. It was a brutal attack, and an even greater failure of the justice system, which failed to protect Celeste from a monster named Luay Sako.
