We all have it in us. Our inner child, who has gone through something that has kept them in a place of not growing. As adults, we have learned to push this part of us off to the side and not deal with the pain or feelings that happened long ago. It’s time and necessary to acknowledge this memory and realness who is a living part of us. Freedom and worthiness comes easier when we embrace all of who we are.
