Jen Vertanen tried to burn her life down in 2015 at the age of 45 because she was beyond tired of feeling lonely, bored, unfulfilled and constantly running away from her life in all sorts of unhealthy ways. She is grateful that at the last hour she realized that wasn't going to fix anything because, wherever you go, there you are. In the process of rebuilding her life from the inside out, she not only healed her marriage, she also healed herself from years of childhood trauma and decades of heart-aching loneliness. We talked with Jen about the importance of connecting with your truest self and living life to the fullest. At best, midlife is the midpoint, and we must make the most of this season!
