We are continuing our replay series as Dr. Cheryl Hardy is sharing replays from a few of her favorite episodes of The God and Therapy Podcast. This walk down memory lane is designed to encourage you and remind you of some foundational truths as you are on your journey.

Today's episode was originally aired on June 19, 2023.

On this episode, Dr. Cheryl Hardy discusses how relationships can be beautiful yet challenging. We all need each other, and relationships are very important. The support and creativity that comes from having social skills elevate your thinking power.

Sometimes mothers and daughters can bump heads and feel as though they are both powerful in conversations. In today's podcast episode, Dr. Hardy talks about forgiveness. Taking the time to apologize if you did something that was not clear and taking the time to understand each other creates solid roots of love.

Feelings are important, however, facts never change. It is a fact that the mother is always the mother, and it is also necessary to realize that your daughter has an opinion with feelings.

Mom, love your daughter. Daughter, respect your mom with love. You both have a reason, season, and place on this earth. Enjoy the moments because things will change and you do not want to have regrets.

Have a wonderful day on purpose.
