A Conversation with Judith Stevens
Manage episode 486668766 series 3562924
Hosts Karen and Will explore the restructuring of the A.R.E. Field Volunteers Outreach Program with Judith Stevens — founder of the A.R.E. Prison Outreach Program, manager of the Study Groups Program, and National Field Volunteers Coordinator.
Judith began her work with A.R.E. in 1968 and has been a dedicated student of the Cayce material for over 50 years. Over the decades, she has overseen four major outreach initiatives and refers to A.R.E. members as the “arms and legs” of the organization — a group she holds in the highest regard.
After three years of dedicated collaboration, Judith and her team have introduced a new Community Affiliates Program designed to better support members in all 50 states.
The country has been divided into six regional Community Affiliates: Western, Southwest, Peaks to Plains, Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast. Each region has designated points of contact who help uphold the A.R.E.'s mission, maintain consistency across Study Groups, and provide the necessary resources and support — no matter where members are located.
