The Savior Narrative is a set of beliefs in both spirituality and religion that lead people to think that they don't need to do any healing work to "ascend into heaven." In spirituality, there are some who believe that starseeds will save and liberate humanity. In religion, some believe that as long as you trust and have faith in God, you will be raptured into heaven. Everyone has their beliefs, but the issue arises with such beliefs when it keeps people stuck in states of complacency.

In this episode, co-hosts Ali and Tiarra discuss some of the savior narrative they have stumbled upon in online circles, religious teachings and from general conversation with loved ones. While this episode isn't meant to challenge anyone's set of beliefs, the ladies think it's important to never allow such beliefs to keep you from healing and evolving, or keep you in states of fear.
