Let’s be real - some days, you just don’t have the energy to show up on Instagram.

Whether you're feeling anxious, not loving how you look, or life is just ‘lifeing’, getting on Instagram can feel like a BIG ask.

As a therapist (and especially if you’re running a private practice), those low-energy days are totally NORMAL.

Thankfully, you don’t have to show up perfectly to market your therapy practice!

Content creation doesn’t have to be hard, even on your ‘hard’ days. You can stay visible, support your business, and most importantly, still take care of YOU.

In today’s episode, I’m diving into low-effort Instagram strategies for therapists.

In this episode, I cover:

  • Consistency > perfection with your content
  • Ideas for ‘minimal effort’ Instagram posts
  • Planning for the inevitable ‘hard’ days
  • Giving yourself permission to take a break
