What is true biblical leadership? The culture and society we live in would tell us leadership is about power and authority, but is that what a Christian leader should look like? Are all Christians leaders, or is that only reserved for people "in ministry?" We answer all these questions and more in this week's episode, as Ryan is joined by special guest and pastor, Andrew Hopper!

Andrew Hopper is the lead pastor of Mercy Hill Church in Greensboro, North Carolina. In addition to leading Mercy Hill, Andrew is passionate about championing others and raising up future leaders. He is active in coaching others in public speaking, preaching, and leadership.
