Today I’m joined by Zoe Jane Hindle, a functional wellness coach and practitioner who supports her with hormonal health, gut health, fertility, and longevity. After building a successful corporate career and rising to director level at one of the world’s largest investment banks, Zoe experienced severe burnout and PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder), which became the turning point that led her into the world of functional wellness.

Zoe shares her powerful personal journey, including how she overcame PMDD, the lifestyle and testing protocols that supported her healing, and how she now helps clients move from surviving to thriving. We explore what PMDD really is, why it’s often misunderstood, and how conditions like this can leave women feeling isolated, dismissed, and stuck in survival mode. Zoe explains how advanced tools like DUTCH testing and the GI Map can uncover the root causes of burnout, hormone imbalances, and chronic symptoms that so often go undiagnosed with standard blood work.

We also cover the importance of adrenal health, the dopamine dysregulation many of us experience due to our fast-paced, tech-saturated lives, and the impact of “Busy Girl Syndrome”. Zoe shares what it looks like to build resilience, the importance of cycle tracking and reconnecting with your body, and how to start making changes when you feel overwhelmed.
