Dr. Gigi Langer. Gigi has earned a Ph.D. in Psychological Studies in Education and an MA in Psychology from Stanford University. Gigi has co-authored five books for educators and written hundreds of articles on professional growth, leading to a successful career. However, she has also faced several personal challenges, such as failed relationships, codependency, and addiction, which she has bravely overcome. Her two books, Worry Less Now and Love More Now, offer guidance on freeing oneself from worry and fear, and how to connect with the wisdom of our true selves during difficult times.
