Surviving trauma can feel like you're walking on a narrow cliffside path, scared, guarded, and on edge. You don't trust anyone, and even the tiniest thing can make you feel like you're going to go plunging to your doom.

But that's your trauma brain talking.... In this episode, Ty and Kara go deep into exploring the emotional terrain of life after trauma.

When you can get out of your trauma identity and remember your true identity, your path gets wider and safer leading to your dreams, not your doom. In conscious relationship, the two of you can share that path of safety in intimacy holding space for each other and gently pulling each other back to the safe wide path.

Now, life is safe, fun, beautiful, and filled with infinite possibility.

Listen all the way to the end to hear our new song before it's release!

Song: Follow The Shadow
