Her passion for raising awareness about menopause stems from her own personal journey: after a breast cancer diagnosis in 2018, Hayley was thrust into menopause at just 36 years old. This life-changing experience gave her a firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by those navigating menopause, particularly in the workplace. Recognising the importance of support, Hayley is committed to fostering a more informed and empathetic work environment.
