This week’s episode was all about connection—and now it’s your turn to practice.
Here’s your soulwork assignment, designed to deepen your relationship with your spirit guides in real time:
🔹 1. Create a Daily Spirit Guide Ritual
Set aside 5 minutes each day this week to connect. Choose a time that feels calm—early morning, during your evening wind-down, or even during a walk in nature.
- Light a candle or hold a crystal (Amethyst, Selenite, or Clear Quartz work beautifully).
- Close your eyes and say: “Spirit Guides, I invite you in. Please share any guidance or insight I need today.”
- Then be still. Breathe. Let the moment unfold.
- Write down any words, images, or feelings that come through.
🔹 2. Ask for a Sign
Each morning this week, ask your guides to send you a specific sign that they’re near. You can choose one (like a feather, butterfly, number pattern, or song), or leave it open-ended with:
“Show me a sign in a way that I will understand.”
Then go about your day with awareness. What shows up?
🔹 3. Spirit Guide Journaling Prompt
Once this week—or every day if you’d like—write in your journal:
“What message do my guides have for me today?”
Write freely. Let go of needing it to make sense. This is your soul speaking with your support team.
🌙 Bonus Challenge:
If a name, image, or sense of your main guide comes through this week—write them a letter. Treat it like a sacred dialogue. Then pause… and write back as if your guide is responding. This is a beautiful way to practice intuitive channeling.

Your spirit guides don’t need perfection—only your presence.
Every effort you make to connect will be met with love and guidance. Keep showing up.
