She breaks down the difference between line graphs, bar graphs, and scatter plots, and helps listeners figure out which one will best represent the skill they’re tracking.
She also reminds teams that analyzing data shouldn’t just happen once a year. It’s something that should be scheduled regularly—every few weeks or at least monthly—so it’s meaningful and actionable.
