What does it really mean to eat healthy? By now we're all pretty aware that:

  1. We NEED to eat healthy to maintain good health, and
  2. Most offerings at fast food restaurants and grocery stores do not accomplish point #1!

So, what does that leave us with? How do we manage healthy eating in a hectic lifestyle? Unfortunately, something has to give. And while we don't preach perfection, we do preach progress - daily choices that move you either towards, or away from your health goals.
