Just about everyone has either met or had a Narcissist in their lives.
Sounds awful, doesn't it?
The weird thing is that those who have had this type of relationship in their lives needed it, unknowingly, for their own personal and spirtual growth.
I know that's hard to imagine, but it's true.
When you are surrounded by light you attract the darkness like a moth to a flame. Those who do have this light inside of them, take it anyway they know how and that is to control you!
But, know that once you have the inside scoop, you also have the upper hand. Knowledge is power! Know that you have the inner strength to free yourself and to recover from these toxic relationships.
In this episode we will discuss the warning signs, how to idenify, a Narcissist, and some possible causes for why they behave the way that they do, as well as techniques for healing from such traumatic relationships.
