Summer brings in the energy of Pitta dosha, made up of the fire and water elements. When in balance, this season supports strong digestion, clear thinking, radiant skin, and a healthy drive for life. But when out of balance, it can lead to inflammation, irritability, burnout, skin issues, and digestive disturbances.
