“ISB for me was probably the best transition year I could have asked for,” says Viren Rasquinha from ISB’s PGP class of 2009, as we feature him in a new episode of Impact Chronicles, presented by ISB Alumni. He reflects on his journey from leading the Indian hockey team as a captain to pursuing his management programme at ISB and becoming the Managing Director and CEO of Olympic Gold Quest (OGQ), a not-for-profit foundation that supports Indian athletes to win Olympic and Paralympic medals.

He is in conversation with D N V Kumara Guru, Senior Director, Alumni Engagement, Advancement and External Relations, ISB.

Viren shares how he stumbled upon ISB during his playing days and ever since that time, it has always felt at home. He further talks about how the learnings and experiences that he shared with the peer group, the alumni network, and the overall environment of the school formed the defining moments of his journey ahead.
