Success isn’t always about growing fast or scaling big—it’s about being aligned with what you’re doing and how you’re helping others.

In this episode of Her Table, Her Rules, Juliet Peters sits down with Amanda Dake, Strategic Growth Consultant, for a heart-to-heart on what it really means to follow your passion.

They talk about the journey into entrepreneurship, moments of determination, and having the courage to take a step back when needed. Amanda also shares her honest take on why scaling her business isn’t her goal—and why it doesn’t have to be the goal for everyone.
