After a dramatic weekend of Quarter Final and Relegation Battles in the Intermediate Championship, and a blockbuster end to the Group Stage action in the Junior Championship. Host Diarmuid Kearney is joined again by regulars Clare Owens (Leitrim) and Joanne Doonan (Fermanagh) to unpack all the events from the weekend, and look ahead to the Senior action returning this weekend.

Just 24 hours removed from an exhilarating Ulster Derby with Tyrone, Joanne reflects on a heart stopping match up against their Ulster neighbours than went all the way to extra-time. Did the Erne County get revenge for their Ulster Championship defeat, or did Tyrone book their place in the semi-finals.

With Senior action returning this weekend, Clare chats ahead of Leitrim's clash with Mayo in the relegation playoffs. Having faced their Connacht neighbours in the Championship earlier this year, she looks ahead to a big showdown on neutral ground.

Speaking of Connacht teams, what a Junior Championship Sligo have had, as they booked their ticket for the semi finals, but just full short to Louth at the weekend in the hopes of topping their group. We hear from one of their longest serving players Nicki Brennan, who competed with Sligo when they were an Intermediate side looking to break into Senior, and now hopes to finally get to Croke Park this summer after years of trying.

Diarmuid, Clare, and Joanne review all the weekend’s Intermediate, and Junior action, react to the big results, exits, relegation battles and those semi final matchups. And look ahead to this weekend's Senior Quarter Finals and relegation battles. Expect honest chat, plenty of insight, technical issues and a few laughs along the way!
