We start with a summary of the Building Safety Act and summarise its inception before discussing its key elements, Building Safety Case, Building Safety Regulator and the Golden Thread.
The fire regulation landscape is changing rapidly and since we recorded this episode the BSR are recruiting for Fire Engineers, a Select Committee Inquiry into the BSR has started in the House of Lords and the BSR has announced a number of changes including recruiting Andy Roe as non-exec Chair of the BSR. We will be revisiting this hot topic later in the year, so much more to discuss!
