In this episode, I'm diving deep into the topic of black and white thinking - that rigid, all-or-nothing mindset that so many of us struggle with. I know it was a huge challenge for me for a long time, and I'm so passionate about helping you break free from it too.

I'll share my own personal journey of expanding my beliefs and creating new, more empowered ways of thinking. I was raised with a lot of rules and legalism, and it took me years to start seeing the gray areas, the both/ands, and all the possibilities in between the extremes.

- An inspiring story from one of my coaching clients who's choosing not to drink during a really tough time
