Hey, Sister-friend 👋🏽

Why is it important to develop a growth mindset?

The simple answer is - if you don’t believe your mind can change and grow, you won’t be as open to the life you can have beyond your trauma.

Trauma has a way of making survivors believe that things won’t get better, circumstances won’t change, you will be this way for the rest of your life. That is a very discouraging way to go through life, but the good news is, that is not the truth.

You do have the ability to change, heal and grow and it starts with believing that you can and that things can get better.

Today I talk about shifting from a fixed mindset that wants you to believe change is not possible to embrace a growth mindset of possibilities

I will provide 5 tips on how to do that.

I hope this episode blesses you.

In Healing and Love 😊
