I guess for the men, your version of this would be stop thinking egotistically because women also get egotistic when they reach certain levels and they think they cannot be touched. It's about having grace and appreciation for where you are, but also remembering that you are human and you should to treat people a certain way.

Sitting pretty is not just about being in a great position, but it's also about the responsibility you have while in that position. The way you value peoples time their effort and the kindness you give regardless of you not having to. And I just did this episode because I wanted to remind people that being in a better position doesn't give you the right to be nasty to people. You're in a position that can also change tomorrow.

If your position changed tomorrow and you lost your power and your ability to move around like you do currently, would people want to show up for you? Would people want to help you? Will people have empathy for you or would your nasty ways leave you without good people?
