A woman with a fixed mindset says life dealt me a bad hand and that's it. It's set in stone and no further effort is needed. The worst thing about a fixed mindset is that it often causes women who are dissatisfied with the hand they've been dealt to bluff about their failure. Constantly trying to prove herself and oftentimes feeling like she is an imposters trying to win the favor of people by proving how smart she is. A woman with a growth mindset looks at failure as an opportunity to grow. Through effort, she can learn a new way of doing things, improve personality traits and even grow in intelligence.
