We’re counting down to Season 3 by re-releasing some of our top episodes from past seasons. With over 8,000 downloads across 70 countries, it’s been incredible to grow this global community with you—and we’re just getting started.

This week, we are highlighting Erika Thiem who is currently the Chief Supply Chain Officer for Feeding America. With a relentless focus on an America where no one is hungry, she’s working to make food production more sustainable, increasing access to nutritious food, and solving the complex problem of hunger. Erika’s career has spanned quality, manufacturing, operations, and end-to-end chain. She has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State and an MBA from the University of Minnesota. Recently, her organization has participated in meetings on Capitol Hill with members of Congress to help protect SNAP benefits for 40 million people. After 30 years of trailblazing for women in supply chain, Erika is retiring this fall. Congratulations Erika!
