A significant goal should energize you, enhance your community, and be soul-fulfilling.

Drawing from my experiences and the 'six aspects of life' framework, I advocate for a balanced life, where self-care and personal relationships are as crucial as professional commitments. The key isn't to balance different life aspects against one another but to keep oneself in balance, ready to handle challenges effectively.
