Women's healthcare is in crisis - and things need to change.

Today’s guest is the legendary broadcaster Naga Munchetty - Naga is one of the UK’s most high-profile journalists known for her work on BBC Breakfast and BBC 5 Live. But behind her incredible career, Naga has been living with a debilitating condition: since her teenage years, she’s suffered from excruciatingly painful periods… so severe they caused her to vomit, faint, and miss out on everyday life.

After being diagnosed with a condition called adenomyosis at the age of 47 - Naga made it her mission to advocate for better healthcare for women and in Naga’s new book It’s Probably Nothing she draws on her own experience of being dismissed, undiagnosed and misdiagnosed to explores the devastating outcome of decades of ingrained medical misogyny.

It’s Probably Nothing: Critical Conversations on the Women's Health Crisis and What We Can Do About It is out now. You can buy your copy here!
