In what can only be described as the greatest political upset in modern history, Donald Trump defeated Hillary Clinton on November 8th, 2016. With the election concluded, President-elect Trump now faces the challenge of staffing a White House administration, a task that includes 4000 appointments. Given that Trump is a newcomer to politics, his early appointments are the best indicators of his incoming administration. His first two, Chief of Staff Reince Priebus and Chief Strategist Steve Bannon reflect a governing style that will likely push different strains of Republican/right wing ideologies together.
