Lisa Sugarman is an author, nationally syndicated columnist, and a three-time survivor of suicide loss who has dedicated her life to mental health advocacy. She serves as a storyteller with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and a crisis counselor with The Trevor Project, offering vital support to those in need.
As the founder of The HelpHUB, Lisa has created one of the most inclusive and comprehensive online platforms for mental health resources, crisis hotlines, and tools to support well-being. She also facilitates Safe Place, a virtual support group for survivors of suicide loss at Samaritans Southcoast in Boston.
