Emme's Notes from the Sidelines:
- When one family member is going through a hard time, it's felt energetically by all. We all affect each other.
- This is not the time to pretend that everything is great. But we also need to remember that where we place our focus is what we attract, so don't stay in the negative.
- Going for your dreams and getting out of your comfort zone doesn't have to be painful.
- "When the pain of not changing is greater than the change itself, that's when we change."
- When opportunity knows, if we're not aware of how we feel, we'll walk away from an opportunity that came to give us everything we wanted.
- I get to choose where my mindset rests and resides.
- Choose the truth you want to embrace.
- Give yourself hugs, meditate, get in nature and give gratitude, listen to calming music and hood in to powerful universal energy, get together in community
- Be a disruptor: don't say yes to everything, be picky, honor your time, and use your voice.
- When we feel better about ourselves, we care about the environment, eat good food, not talk badly about others, and give our bodies water, sleep, activity, and peace and quiet.
- The blame game keep us stuck.
- Believe in yourself, dream, and give yourself a chance.
